About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Champion the Voice of the Customer: Provide critical feedback to our product and engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and speed.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead the development and promotion of custom features and unique use cases, showcasing the versatility and power of our solutions.
  • Forge Strong Relationships: Build and nurture deep connections with key technical stakeholders, including DevOps Engineers, Platform Engineers, Engineering Directors/VPs, and CTOs.
  • Collaborate on Strategic Account Plans: Partner with field teams to craft and execute strategies that drive growth and customer success.
  • Lead as a Thought Leader: Share your expertise through webinars, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and industry events, positioning yourself and Traefik Labs as leaders in the field.
